COVID-19 Update

We have implemented temporary changes to our appointment hours and our appointment process, as additional precautions to ensure the safety of our staff and clients. Appointments will be conducted with the clients waiting outside, the nurse will collect the pet(s) and a phone number. Once in a room, the nurse will call the client and the exam will be conducted over the phone. After completing the exam, the front desk will call the phone number provided to collect payment. The pet and receipt will then be brought out to the car.
We are also asking that all fecal/urine sample drop-offs and medicine/food pick ups call from the parking lot. A staff member will be out to collect the sample or bring out the food/medicine. Again, we are trying to limit our appointments to those that are essential. Anybody displaying symptoms is asked to send a family member or friend in their place.
We truly appreciate your patience and cooperation during these difficult times. We are working hard to continue to care for your pets, while maintaining the safety and health of our staff and you. If you have any questions about the process or whether your pet needs to be seen, don’t hesitate to call us.
